Modul umožňuje jednoduchým, prehľadným a užívateľsky príjemným spôsobom evidovať  kompletný súbor činností poľnohospodárskej rastlinnej prvovýroby v súlade s platnými zákonmi, smernicami a nariadeniami platnými v Slovenskej republike a Európskej Únii. Prísnosť a rozsiahlosť legislatívnych požiadaviek  prenáša na prvovýrobcov vysoké nároky na komplexnosť spracovania agronomickej evidencie, musia dbať aj na dodržiavanie zákonných poľnohospodárskych a environmentálnych podmienok a podmienok hospodárenia pre farmárov v reálnom prostredí. Úlohou  softvéru je zjednodušiť a zautomatizovať agronomickú administratívu, obsiahnuť čo najširšiu oblasť legislatívneho rámca , informovať o obmedzeniach vyplývajúcich z právnych predpisov pre jednotlivé agronomické zásahy, a tým poskytnúť agronómom priestor pre prácu v teréne. Pre manažment podniku poskytuje modul cenné informácie o rentabilite pestovaných plodín, pracovnom výkone jednotlivých zamestnancov, či spotrebe hnojív a prípravkov na ochranu rastlín.  Modul pracuje okrem iného aj s nasledujúcimi funkcionalitami:

Ensures that the registered activities comply with the principle of sustainable land management in good agricultural condition in practice. The program, through logical and legislative cross-checks when planning plant production activities, will alert the user to a potential violation of legislative standards that can be modified by appropriate measures to comply with the standard.

Based on the registration and categorization of grazing animals in herds, it enables the conversion of received and taken nutrients on individual parcels during grazing, transfer of this data to the hunting log. It’s integrated with the Animals module.

For precise management of income and expenditure of seeds, fertilizers, plant protection products, it is appropriate to enter their expenditure per plot using the Warehouses module. By specifying the activity and amount of fertilizer, seed or plant protection product used, the program automatically deducts the specified amount from the warehouse and generates the expense. This module also supports interconnection with CODEX, HELIOS and SIDUS economic software.

By recording material inputs that can be used to determine costs, such as the cost of seeds, fertilizers, plant protection products, the user gets valuable information about the cost of production in real time and allows him to make operational decisions leading to higher profitability. Based on the expected harvest and the estimated price of its finalisation, it provides an overview of the overall economic balance of a specific plot, group of plots or crops.

The module incorporates checks on compliance with environmental, human, animal and plant protection and animal welfare requirements, which are a precondition for the processing of the full amount of direct payments. Logical and legislative controls are set up to inform the user and to warn of possible violations of the law, decree, standard or regulation valid under the legislation of the Slovak Republic and the EU. The user is comprehensively informed about restrictions on individual cultural works and is able to adapt the management in such a way that there is no breach of legislation according to Government Regulation 342/2014 Z. z, which lays down rules for the granting of aid for agriculture in respect of decoupled direct payment schemes.

The applications of the preparations are checked according to the currently valid List of authorized plant protection products issued by ÚKSUP.

The program allows the transfer of digital data from agrochemical soil testing. Subsequently, the user has the possibility to adjust the fertilization plan based on the test results to minimise fertiliser costs and maximise production.

The program incorporates BPEJ information on cultural works.

The form can be filled in and checked by the Skeagis program to be sent directly to the CCTIA state application. The data is checked against valid legislation before it is sent, preventing erroneous, incorrect data from being sent. At the same time, it is possible to print out the required forms and attachments directly from the program according to the currently valid legislation during inspections of control bodies such as PPA, ÚKSUP, MoE SR, SPF.

This functionality provides an opportunity to plan the processes, material and personnel inputs of plant primary production well in advance. It is possible to plan at the level of individual activities or benefits. The correct cost plan gives the manager information on the cost of the production process at a specific date. Cost can be monitored per plot, group of plots, crop, enterprise and holding. By using the module it is possible to plan the flow of finances and reserves in order to optimise the operation of the company.

The functionality serves to simulate operating profit. It informs about deviations from planned processes, enables to make operational decisions in real time based on the development of the current production situation.
