The Land Register module allows you to work with cadastral data. In a clear form, it processes data from ownership letters and allows visualization on a map. The module provides input information for the Rental Agreements module.

Integrated import of data
In order for land management to function properly, it is necessary to have up-to-date cadastral data. The aim of the feature is to make it easier for agricultural land users to check up-to-date cadastral data for entering a lease relationship and keeping accurate records. The Integrated Data Import add-on module enables comparison of LV with the cadastral portal several times a year. The module provides up-to-date data on property owners, C and E plots and property sheets. After comparing the data, the program alerts you to the rental agreement that has been changed as a result of the data comparison.

Integrovaný import dát+
Rozšírená licencia IID + umožňuje užívateľom programu Skeagis nastaviť pre vybrané listy vlastníctva automatický monitoring voči katastrálnemu portálu. Program upozorní, že na LV je evidovaná plomba a spoluvlastník nehnuteľnosti tak môže včas vzniesť námietku voči neoprávnenému zápisu nového vlastníka na sledovaný list vlastníctva.

Purchase of land
The additional land purchase module is an important aid for land purchase in the cadastral area. It allows to generate data for landowners, parties and state institutions for registration in the Land Register. After the sale, the module serves as a recording tool of purchased parcels and monitoring the correctness of the transfer of real estate against the cadastre.
